Week 3 of 'back to work'

Well, so far its been OK - well rubbish actually, but slowly getting better. I am feeling a little isolated (well lonely to be brutally honest) at work and I so miss all my work friends from the UK. I am not very busy at the moment and so those who know me will know that this is highly frustrating for me. I need to be patient I know, but patience is not one of my top 3 key strengths! So I am on a learning curve in all respects {grin}.

Otherwise, the working week is OK and will still take some getting used to - it is very tiring for all of us - its a long day for Abi at Kindy and a long day for us when all is done. Lets just say that those sandwiches for lunch more than often have not been made.

The plan is to make the most of the weekends - so we went to Mooloolaba on Saturday for a day at the beach. We had a nice lunch and Abi played on the beach - this is her favorite thing to do I think - it keeps her occupied for hours - one very big sand-pit AND WATER!

I also have to include this photo taken with Guy's phone - Guy saw this snake in OUR ROAD a few meters from our driveway! It is a large snake - lets just say that Guy doesn't go wondering around outside at night without shoes on anymore.
